If you haven't heard of Mac Miller yet, I don't know where you have been. This guy has jumped up in the game and gains more fame everyday. The best part is that he is only 18. He is often compared with the other new white rappers like Sam Adams and Chris Webby but has a very different style. He is known for a more laid back feel rather than the pop hip hop style of Sam Adams. For me its hard to put those three in any order because my opinion changes everyday.
