PRETTY LIGHTS MIXES - DEREK VINCENT SMITH - SWAGGED OUT

Okay so I haven't showed near enough love for Derek Vincent Smith aka Pretty Lights. In the past month I have seen Pretty Lights in concert three times and my opinion of him has changed entirely. I always thought Pretty Lights was good, dont get me wrong but Ive also always thought he was a little overhyped. After this past weekend and seeing them in Austin twice, he is my favorite performing to see live. He opened up with the same beginning sample as the Bonnaroo video above but then made it even better. Derek has a sound like no other. He is heavily influenced by hip hop and this is very apparent in his music. His samples and mixes are always spot on and he blends everything to perfection. I got lost in time at his shows (and no not from drugs hah). He played a two hour set and it seemed like the whole set was just one swagged out song. Anyway I know everyone has a lot of his stuff already so I'll try to post some more recent ones or some you may not have heard. Also make sure to watch the VIDEO ABOVE. I got the chills the first I saw it.
