DYLAN OWEN - NEW PROMO VIDEO - MUST SEE

Last summer I discovered a lot of great new music but no matter how many new songs and mixtapes I listened to, I always found myself coming back to listen to Dylan Owen. Everyday I would play through his "Senoritis" album (which you can buy HERE) at least once. Dylan Owen is one of the few college aged hip hop artists with lyrics that I can really relate with and I hope the same holds true for you. He doesn't just rap about parties and getting drunk (not saying those songs are bad) but instead all his songs tell a story about the journey of life in a manner that everyone can appreciate. One listen and you will be able to tell this. Anyway I know I have posted about him before but he has just released a new promo video that has me real excited for the release of his new album "Keep Your Friends Close". Support this guy. He really does deserve more recognition.

Heres the new Promo Video.
WARNING* May give you chills. Thats how awesome it is.

Here is a song you guys can download to hold you over while you wait for the album release.

DUBSTEP GONE ACAPELLA - MUST SEE VIDEOS - MOUTHSTEP

This guy is amazing. Dont know much about him besides his name is Aaron and hate it or love it, you have respect how much work went into these songs/videos.

Okay a lot Skrillex fanatics may have already seen this first but I just came across it and thought I'd share it. Not the best sound ever but have to give this guy credit making dubstep acapella is no easy feat. Definitely entertaining. Check it.

BRAMZWIG - LOCKED OUT - NEW UP AND COMER - MIXTAPE SOON

Today I got a new submission from an artist I had never heard of. His name is Bramzwig and I have to say, I was more than impressed after my first listen. A lot of people will submit material that is bad recording quality or just a joke of track; it was nice to hear a legit track with great quality. Bramzwig has a style that will be liked by people who enjoy artists such as Chris Webby. The song I have today is called "Locked Out" and here is what Bramzwig had to say about it.
"The song I'm submitting to you, "Locked Out," is EXTREMELY RELEVENT because the song revolves around Bramzwig's frustration with the NBA Lockout (He is a big Knicks fan). The middle of the song features quotable Space Jam lines delivered by Michael Jordan and Bill Murray.
This is also the first leak off Bramzwig's long awaited debut mixtape, The Roaring Twenty, which will be hosted by Mr. Peter Parker & sponsored by Coast2Coast Mixtapes. #TheRoaringTwenty is being released this December, and will be shopped to record labels by Transworld Entertainment (the corporation that owns F.Y.E. music stores)."
Anyway check out this new up and comer and I'm sure we will have more dope tracks from Bramzwig in the future. If you want to hear more check out his sites.

SORRY FOR THE DELAY - NEW TRACKS NOW - MUST HEARS - HUGE PLAYLIST - PT 1 DUBSTEP

TracksWithSwag is back. I've been really busy these last few weeks and haven't had time to keep the site up to date. I have a lot of new music to share and I mean a lot. Since I have so many new tracks, I will be posting a different post for each genere. I wish I had the time to go in more detail about each song and artists but unfortunately I don't. Anyways sorry for the delay and enjoy all these new posts below.

Dubstep/Eletro

Who Da Boss (Ft Slim Thug) - Mochipet *** MUST HEAR

If you like Slim Thug and you like Dubstep then allow me to present your new favorite song. In no way does this song have the catchiest dub hook or anything but lets be honest no one cares about that. What really matter is that it DOES have Slim Thug and a whole lot of hard hitting bass. Hit play and you'll be hooked.

Raise Your Head - Alesso **

This is a new electro/dub anthem that has a lot of cool different sounds that make it original. Not to mention the quality of the bass is amazing. The sound is crisp and distorted to perfection. It also has a build up around 1:08 that will put you in a trance. Sick track.

Young Wild and Free (Karetus Dubstep Mix) - Wiz Ft Snoop and B Mars ***

When I first saw the title of the song I was expecting an upbeat party banger because the original version is great for parties. This version is definitely not a party track. Instead its more of laid back version that is great to kick back with. After my first listen I was a little disappointed because it wasn't the style I was expecting but after getting over my preconceived notion it has become one of my favorites.

SORRY FOR THE DELAY PT 2 - HIP HOP AND OTHERS - CHIDDY BANG - SKIZZY MARS - DEANS LIST - CHRIS WEBBY AND MORE

Hip Hop and Others

Okay so I know this list may seem like a lot but trust me they are all worth a listen.

Wonderwall - Mike Posner Ft Big Krit ***

This track is exactly what it sounds like. Its a remix of Wonderwall by Oasis, which is probably one of the greatest songs of all time, done by Mike Posner featuring a flow by Big Krit. Having these two guys on the same song should be enough to get you to listen to it. Mike Posner has always mixed with well with hip hop artists (such as Big Sean, Lil Wayne and more) and this one is no exception with Big Krit.

Another World - Skizzy Mars **

Skizzy Mars may not be the best rapper lyrically, or any aspect but I'm obsessed anyway. He always has the best beats and all his songs are incredibly catchy. This new release isn't my favorite of his but it is still a great song. It will entice you right from the start. Skizzy Mars is continuing to get better and he still hasn't released a single song that I dont like.

What I Do - Chris Webby **

Its been a while since Webby, who is known for releasing more free music than anyone, has dropped anything. The wait is over. Here is his latest single from his upcoming mixtape coming out soon. He has been doing his thing since before Mac Miller and Sam Adams ever gained fame and every year he is getting closer to breaking through.

Unbelievers - The Deans List **

First off let me say I am a huge Dean's List fan. I saw them a few weeks ago with OnCue and the show was great. Now let me say I'm not sure I like the new direction they have been going with their music. They haven't really released too much new stuff but the few songs they have kinda differ from their old style. Im not saying this is bad, Im probably just not used to it yet. Sonny still has a great flow and the song is still worth a listen. Anyway for all you Deans List fans, here's their latest track.

Ray Charles - Chiddy Bang ***

Chiddy Bang is back. Finally. He hasn't really released anything since Peanut Butter and Swelly. Now we have his latest track with Xaphoon. Like always the beat is awesome and Chiddy's flow is sick. Great song to kick back with.

Hello - Neako ***

Neako is an upcoming rapper who has been gaining some serious attention. This is my favorite track of his because the beat is amazing. It samples the song "Hello" and creates an extremely catchy track. Once you hit play you will be hooked. This is the same song as the video on this post.

SORRY FOR THE DELAY PT 3 - MASH UPS AND REMIXES - DUB AND HIP HOP AND MORE

MashUp/Remixes

I know I've said it before but 5 and A Dime and Kap Slap have become my two favorite mash up artists. They are pretty much the only ones I listen to now. Today I've got two awesome tracks from them that blend hip-hop dubstep and more all into a one party jam masterpiece. I also have a laid back mash up by Norwegian Recycling.

June is Soon - 5 & A Dime **

This song features my favorite Pretty Lights track "I Know The Truth" and mashes it with Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes to create a banger.

Paper Towels In Motion (Skrillex Edit) - Kap Slap ***

This track mashes Skrillex, La Roux and more and just like the song above creates a huge party hit.

Paradise - Norwegian Recycling ***

Its probably obvious from the title this song incorporates Coldplay and yes it does. If you thought the Coldplay version of Paradise was relaxing wait til you hear this work of art. It mixes Elton John (the best part of the mash up for sure), Bruno Mars, DJ Sammy and Coldplay.

And thats it for right now. I've got more coming soon but for now enjoy these tracks with swag.

AND HES BACK - SAM ADAMS - NEW SONG - BLOW UP

Its about forever since Sam Adams has released anything and an even longer time since he has released anything that was decent. He is finally making a comeback with the new release of is single "Blow Up" which has a sick instrumental made from sampling the Pixie's "Where Is My Mind". Its good to see he is back to making music with his older style. His dubstep/hip-hop mixtape was alright but it just wasn't great. I'm looking forward to seeing what Sam drops next.

Blow Up - Sam Adams ***

CASEY VEGGIES - LOOK OUT FOR THIS GUY - FORMER ODD FUTURE MEMBER - CALI SWAG

Casey Veggies is an eighteen year old up and coming rapper from LA. By no means does he sound this young. I was shocked when I found that out. He was actually one of the first people to team up with Tyler the Creator to start the group Odd Future which have gained a huge buzz. Veggies left before they ever got real famous due to difference in music styles. Its apparent when you listen to his music that his lyric and flow would not fit well with Odd Future's so called "horror-core/shock value/ or whatever you want to describe them as". Tyler the Creator has said many times they are still friends and it wasn't anything he took personal. Tyler is actually featured on one of is tracks, "DTA", and it sounds like it is one of his original beats. Anyway the mixtape I'm going to post on here are tracks done Casey Veggies when he was only 17! Listen to this guy and tell thats not impressive. I used to think it was crazy that Mac Miller was so young, but this guy has an even better flow and feel for hip hop than Mac had at 17. Its funny that I say that because Casey Veggies is currently on tour with Mac Miller. So if your going to see Mac anytime soon make sure to get these songs. These are all from his mixtape "Sleeping In Class" which is available on Itunes for 6 bucks. Not bad. The only way to describe Casey Veggie's music is SWAG.

DTA (Ft Tyler the Creator)****

Ridin' Round Town ****

Forever ***

This is one of my favorites but it has a skit until 1:00 so FF through that if you want.

Can I Live (Ft Mac Miller)***

Have to buy this one on Itunes.

GILBERE FORTE - THIS GUY GOES HARD - NEXT BIG THING FOR SURE

(Song starts at :40 seconds)
Okay so I have completely slept on Gilbere Forte for the past year. I had heard his most popular song "Black Chukkas" but never really looked into him. Last night I saw him perform and was blown away. Today I downloaded all I could of this guy. Already one of my favorite rappers. Forte has the skills you need to separate yourself from other rappers. His flow is flawless and reminds me of a Kanye mixed with J Cole mixed with a little Meek Mill (probably because they are both from Philly). His lyrics are insightful but at the same time are very relatable (reminds me a lot of NAS in the lyrics department). Alright Ill stop with the comparisons now. I'm telling you that this guy is the real deal. Hes what people call "real hip hop" on a mainstream level. He has been releasing free music constantly and has a bright future. I'm gonna make a bold prediction right now and say Gilbere Forte will be on the next XXL Freshman List. Anyway I'll post a variety of his stuff. Check it out and support this guy who has been slept on for way too long.

NEW J COLE MUSIC VIDEO - LOST ONES - ACOUSTIC MEDLEY

I have always been a big fan of Cole and its great to see he finally made it to fame. J Cole and Big Sean are two people that really set their goals high and worked hard and eventually got it done. Its weird going back and listening to Coles song Dollar and Dream and seeing how far he has come now. Anyway today I have a new music video (Lost Ones) to share and its awesome. I was shocked when he chose "Lost Ones" as his next single because it is not by any means a club banger; however, it is my favorite song on his new CD 'Cole World' so I couldn't be more pleased with the choice. Check it out. BUY ALL J COLES STUFF HERE

GIVE ME MORE ADELE - ADELE REMIXES - DUBSTEP - HIP HOP AND MORE

I'll be the first to admit I am a big fan of Adele..but to be honest I like her even more when she is remixed and made into other types of music. Its amazing what technology is available today to change and remix music. Anyway I have put together a playlist of a bunch of my favorite Adele remixes. Give them all a listen to see which fit your musical preference.

DUBSTEP/HOUSE:

Someone Like You (Bassex Remix) ***

Someone Like You is my favorite song by Adele so having it transformed into an upbeat bass machine makes it that much better. If you ever listened to the remix of Waka Flocka's "Hard in Da Paint" Crizzly Remix and liked it, then you will love this one. BASS OVERLOAD. You can tell from :13 in the song is filled with bass. Some people find a huge bass annoying but I love it. Crank up the speakers when you play this one.

Rolling In The Deep (The SoniXx Dubstep Remix) **

Rolling In the Deep might be the most overplayed/overremixed song of all time (besides Pumped Up Kicks of course) but this is the only dubstep remix of the song I like. This song isn't a club banger but it has some nice bass and a great laid back feel.

Set Fire to Everybody (Adele vs Skrillex Remix) ***

This is the kind of song that is perfect not just for people who love dubstep but also for people who aren't really into the whole erratic noise and bass style of music. This song is a mash up of Skrillex and Adele and it is way better than the original. The wobbles are light but plentiful which makes this song have an extra kick. Like I said before Adele is great but even better when this kind of stuff is incorporated in her music.

MASH-UP/HIP-HOP:

The Childish Games (D.veloped Mash) ***

Ah where do I start. Childish Gambino is my favorite rapper like I've said plenty of times and this song mashes him Adele, Weezer and one of Donald Glover's (Childish Gambino = Donald Glover) stand up comedian skits. FAVORITE MASH UP to this date. Not a club banger, more relaxed feel.

Someone Like You (Remix) - PJ Simas ***

Three starts mainly for the instrumental. PJ has become quite the producer. Everyone one of his beats are sick and he uses a great variety of samples. Don't get me wrong the flowing and lyrics are great in this too but the best part is definitely the beat.

These next few songs come from Urban Noize's mixtape (click to DL full mixtape) which is a full mixtape of sick mashes which only include Kanye West, Jay Z and Adele. Very similar to the Coldplay-Jay Z CD. Anyway I'll share two of my favorites from it.

Never Chasing Pavement *** - Adele Ft Jay Z and Kanye

Melt My Heart To Stone ** - Adele Ft Kanye

LETTERS PT 2 - JITTA ON THE TRACK - MUST HEAR

(THIS VIDEO IS AMAZING)
First and foremost the sample on this track is amazing. I never thought I'd hear the Fray turned into a hip hop beat. This track is awesome. Secondly the lyrics are deep and fit the instrumental perfectly. Its always nice to hear a young artists talk about something besides partying and hooking up with girls. Don't get me wrong those are great for parties, but this is a much more laid back track that can make you think. Anyways had to post this on here. I'm looking forward to seeing what Jitta drops next. Hopefully itll be just as good.

HUGE DIRTY DUBSTEP HIP HOP RAP MIX PLAYLIST PT 2

Okay so its been a while since I've posted some Dubstep Hip hop. This form music is slowly starting to gain more attention. The only problem with this genre, is the lack of actual "good" songs. It is pretty tough to make a rap sound decent over a dirty dubstep track; however, I have recently added some that deserve to be heard.

Vader - Charlie Darker Ft Dante Leon***

This is how dubstep rap should be. The production and flow of this mix go perfectly together.

Jupiter Unison - 3LAU ***

3LAU has quickly become my favorite mash up artist out right now. All of his mash ups have the sickest beats and catchiest hooks. Impossible not to like his style of music too. He mixes and mashes dubstep, electronic with pop and hip hop on the reg. This guy is legit.

Midnight Run (FLUX Pavilion Remix) - Example **

I am a huge fan of Flux and this song is great but don't expect a song like Got 2 Know or Cracks. Dont get me this is a sick track and is still filled with some sick bass but it just different than Flux's normal style.

Strange Clouds Ft Lil Wayne (Dubsective Remix) - B.o.B. ***

Its Bobby Rays new track with Lil Wayne transformed into some dirty dub. Big fan of the original song and a big fan of this mix. Great rap dub mash.

YOUNG WILD AND FREE OFFICIAL - WIZ - SNOOP - BRUNO MARS

This was one of my favorite songs last spring and I already posted it but the quality was lacking. Now that Snoop and Wiz's movie is coming closer to release they have finally released the official version. It was never stated Bruno Mars was on the track but he almost sounds exactly like Wiz sings so its kind of hard to tell, but whatever this track is awesome. Like I've said you have probably heard it but you definitely want to add this upgraded version to your music collection.

AER - FEEL I BRING - THE REACH MIXTAPE - CHILL REGGAE HIP HOP

I don't know why I haven't posted these guys yet. They have been on the TWS playlist for a while but I never actually posted about them. One of my favorite groups right now. Okay where should I start with these guys... First of all their name couldn't be anymore accurate. They are a breathe of fresh "AER" in music. I can't even begin to describe how hard it is to sort through "college hip hop" and find any decent songs now with every kid trying to be like Mac Miller. But anyway all puns aside they are must hear. Every song they release is different. Not only is each song a different style, but every song they release is a freakin jam. I hate comparing artists but if I had to put a name to these guys, they kind of give off a slightly stoopid feel; however, they will randomly come out with songs like Shot Clock (An electronic remix of Levels by Avicii) that proves their versatility. Check these guys out. I knew AER would be one of my favorite artists within 10 seconds of listening to them. Hopefully you'll feel the same. If you want to check out more videos of theirs, check out their Youtube Page. Here are my favorite songs of AER.

PMAC - COMEBACK VIDEO AND MORE - SICK FLOW - MUST SEE

Pmac released his mixtape "First Impressions" last spring and since then he has been making a video for every song on it and releasing it week by week. This is one of his newer releases. If you haven't heard of Pmac I guarentee you will be shocked at how well produced all of his songs are. His mixtape "First Impressions" was pretty much like getting a free album. He has a flow like successful rappers need to have. Anyway this video shows how it shouldn't matter what he looks like or what race he is. He's good. I'll post some of his older stuff that is just as good if not better.

BRAND NEW MAC MILLER - SMILE BACK - MUSIC VIDEO

As the anticipation for Mac's first official release "Blue Slide Park" continues to build up, he has just released his second video from the project called 'Smile Back'. Don't really have much to say other than its typical Mac Miller and it doesn't disappoint. Its a jam and the instrumental is a new sound that Mac doesn't normally do, which I like. Anyway check out this new track.

SKIZZY MARS - BRAND NEW RELEASE - TOGETHER - SWAGGGG

Dont not listen to this because there isn't a music video or cool picture of Skizzy Mars on this post, you will regret it. Skizzy Mars came out of nowhere last May with the release of "Douchebag". Since then he has improved and continues to gain a good amount of new fans everyday. What I like most about Skizzy is the production of his songs. They are so clean its ridiculous. The beats are always awesome. Its not gangster rap at all its laid back and catchy as hell. Anyway every song Skizzy drops I start to believe in this guy a little more. "Together" is in my opinion his best song yet. Other songs you may have heard from him are "Tara" and the "Colours Remix". I'll post some of his old songs in case you don't have them as well.

NEW CHILDISH GAMBINO - BONFIRE - MUST HEAR

Finally Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino has released his first single, 'Bonfire', from his upcoming album "Camp". He released a trailer for the album earlier that was a huge tease (The Video Above). Heres what he recently said about the album.

“Camp” is done…Which is weird, cause it’s really starting.
It’s been strange the past couple months making the album but also talking to you guys about it.  I wanted you all to know I really appreciate it.  The album wouldn’t be the album without you.  It’s pretty personal, but you guys made it okay for me to be personal, so I wanted to thank you.
Once again Childish throws down lyrics that are unbelievable. Like Ive said before, he is a TV Writer (and actor) as well so that probably contributes to why his lyrics are so witty and clever. Childish Gambino has been my favorite rapper for a while and I really think he could be the next Kanye or Cudi. He has talents at singing as well. He's the whole package you want in a performer and is going to do big things. Anyway check this song out and tell me its not amazing.

TIMEFLIES DROP NEW MIXTAPE - THE SCOTCH TAPE

Timeflies is a music duo consisting of Producer/DJ Rob Resnick and vocalist Cal, both 22 years old. Though they got their start in Boston, the guys are originally from New Jersey and New York, respectively. Using elements of pop, hip-hop, electro, dubstep, and rock, Timeflies aims to escape genre limitations. Their goal has always been to make music that people can connect with. The duo has been playing shows at colleges and bars across the country and are recently released their debut album, “The Scotch Tape.”

This is definitely not the first time you have seen these guys. I have always liked Timeflies for their unique sound (which they would probably describe as electro pop hip hop with a little dub on the side). Everyone of their songs is so different and keeps you entertained throughout. Anyway I was really impressed by their new mixtape "The Scotch Tape" which released yesterday.

PUMPED UP KICKS AND PUMPED UP BASS

Okay so I know this song is the most overplayed song of all time but these are some legit remixes. Also heres some new dubstep songs to jam to. Also watch the video. It is a live performance of Foster The People this past weekend at Austin City Limits Festival and it is amazing. Look how they remixed the song about 3:30 in. Incredible.

PRETTY LIGHTS MIXES - DEREK VINCENT SMITH - SWAGGED OUT

Okay so I haven't showed near enough love for Derek Vincent Smith aka Pretty Lights. In the past month I have seen Pretty Lights in concert three times and my opinion of him has changed entirely. I always thought Pretty Lights was good, dont get me wrong but Ive also always thought he was a little overhyped. After this past weekend and seeing them in Austin twice, he is my favorite performing to see live. He opened up with the same beginning sample as the Bonnaroo video above but then made it even better. Derek has a sound like no other. He is heavily influenced by hip hop and this is very apparent in his music. His samples and mixes are always spot on and he blends everything to perfection. I got lost in time at his shows (and no not from drugs hah). He played a two hour set and it seemed like the whole set was just one swagged out song. Anyway I know everyone has a lot of his stuff already so I'll try to post some more recent ones or some you may not have heard. Also make sure to watch the VIDEO ABOVE. I got the chills the first I saw it.
